The California Health and Human Services (CalHHS) IT and Data Strategic Plan (ITDSP) provides a shared vision and roadmap for connected, equitable, and person-centered health and human services through program-informed technology and data solutions. It guides CalHHS in collaboratively designing solutions around the needs of individuals and communities, connecting systems and data to improve coordination, and maximizing investments through secure, scalable, and reusable capabilities. It advances the use of data to inform decisions, strengthen prevention strategies, and improve outcomes. By embedding equity and innovation into technology and data solutions, the ITDSP informs responsive digital services that make it easier for Californians to access needed services.
