Statewide Automated Welfare System (SAWS)
The SAWS Project is the automation of county welfare business processes for the following programs:

SAWS is being implemented through four consortia.

- Los Angeles Eligibility, Automated Determination, Evaluation and Reporting (LEADER) Consortium
- Welfare Client Data System (WCDS) Consortium
- Consortium IV (C-IV)
The Office of Systems Integration is responsible for state-level project management and oversight. The Consortia are responsible for local project management.
